About Erica
Hi, I’m Erica, the founder of Forever Cornerstone Care Support Services. I have always been deeply passionate about caring for others, and I believe that everyone deserves to live with love, joy, peace, and happiness.
Growing up, my parents worked in nursing homes. My dad as a chef and my mum as a nurse and they would bring my sister and I to work, where I spent time with residents. These early experiences shaped my life’s mission.
After completing my Master’s in International Relations, I started my own business running recreational activities in aged care homes across Victoria. Today, over a decade later, I am dedicated to serving NDIS participants and creating meaningful, joyful experiences for them.
I am also a proud mother of two, Jasmine and Emerald. I strive to teach them the same values of kindness, helpfulness, and compassion that have guided me throughout my life.
Mission
Our mission is to bring love, joy, and happiness into the lives of NDIS participants by offering personalised, compassionate care. We aim to create positive and enriching experiences that allow individuals to live each day with dignity, excitement, and fulfillment.
Our Vision
Our vision is to remain a small, humble service provider known for our unwavering commitment to love, joy and happiness.
We lost our dad to pancreatic cancer. He was only 65 years old and no amount of money can bring our dad back. But, what we do have is a lifetime of happy memories with our dad. These memories fill our heart with love, joy and happiness.
And this is our vision for our NDIS participants, a lifetime of happy memories. We aspire to provide fun and meaningful activities, bringing more love, joy and happiness to the people we are serving.
